After creating the affinity diagram, it became clearer to identify the most urgent problems to solve. To complement this, I led a workshop where we raised some questions that would help the team explore creative solutions to the identified problems. (HMW).

In conclusion, we defined 3 pillars for the platform based on the defined problem:

a) Connection; b) Job Publication; c) Monetization; d) Contract management

Then we started to idea by making doodles, defining the gold path, site map and defines the entire architecture of the platform and the pre-launch landpage and I was responsible for setting up all the high-performance wireframes

After defining the solution's pillars, the marketing team suggested a landing page to capture leads before the launch of the Engage platform. In collaboration with the marketing and engineering teams, I designed the landing page screens, created the prototype, and conducted user testing alongside two junior designers. I conducted two interviews as examples, while they handled the others, and we refined the screens based on the insights gathered and feedback from all three teams.

The entire process revolved around the need to generate interest and initial engagement in the platform.
