One of the main challenges identified in the market was the low level of technological and financial literacy in Angola. To mitigate this risk, we conducted icon comprehension tests, where only 3% of participants demonstrated immediate knowledge or understanding.

As a result, we chose to approach the design with clear descriptions and descriptive icons to ensure an accessible and intuitive experience for all users, regardless of their familiarity with technology.

We developed a digital wallet focused on instant bank transfers. Throughout the project, we delivered intermediate milestones ("quick wins") to enable the Jungletic team to implement continuous improvements. In the end, we presented prioritized opportunities based on research. As the person responsible for defining the user interface screens, I acted as the project’s guardian and led the concepts for colors, graphics, and image selection.

The first recommendation focused on the service concept, allowing the team to reflect and implement improvements to the services offered by the wallet.
